Our dream is for all providers working with young children and their families across the nation to be reflective, which will have a ripple effect on our work with children, families, and communities. As such, we hope that participants join us in this endeavor by taking their learnings and supporting others in their organizations, teams, and communities.

The Commitment
We ask that all participants come as a group of approximately 2 to 8 people, as it can be difficult to start something new by yourself (every individual will still fill out their own application). This can be a group with your peers, a group in the community or at your organization. You do not have to have the same role!
After the program concludes, we ask that participants facilitate at least one reflective practice group. We hope to support you for a second year as you initiate these groups, and will keep you informed as we know more.
